Birchgrove Terrace 1 was in an excellent location and had a homely feel about it.
The beds were clean and comfortable.
The kitchen cupboards were well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils.
There were also little extras supplied such as alfoil, condiments and tea bags etc.
No fan in single rooms, although there was air conditioning (ducted).

Very homely and comfortable, spacious
The property needed some attention. The laundry & toilet needed sweeping out and cobwebs removed. Expected to run into a redback spider.
The washing machine also kept turning off in the spin cycle several times.
Curtains also need attention, especially in the front bedroom.

Birchgrove unit 1 was superb and had everything that you could possibly need for a week long stay. Location is excellent, only a very short walk to main shopping area, pubs, beaches, park and about a 10/12 min walk from Country Club. A great stay over.
A very minor complaint …. TV reception was poor/very poor on occasions. (We mentioned this to Real Estate)

It would have been handy to have an emergency pack in case of blackouts, maybe some candles or torches after the experience we have just had with a three day blackout
