The room was good and spacious, and the view from the window was lovely. What we appreciated most, though, was the administrator who greeted us – our warmest thanks to her for such friendly service, help, and useful advice. It was really thanks to her that our stay left such a warm impression.
Unfortunately, the bathroom was disappointing – it wasn't clean, looked quite worn/used, and was very dark. An additional inconvenience was the hair dryer, which kept switching off the moment it was touched – something that's especially inconvenient for women.

The hotel was generally satisfactory. The views from the rooms with balconies were excellent, and having a private beach was a definite plus. The variety of breakfast options and the cleanliness were excellent. The staff were attentive and respectful; the receptionists were helpful and friendly. Serdar, the receptionist, was very helpful and problem solver, also the night receptionist resolved our issue despite it being late at night. I would like to extend my special thanks to both of them.
The lack of a car park was a drawback and the pillows could have been more comfortable.

The hotel is located close to the beach, with numerous restaurants and cafés nearby. I appreciated the effort of the receptionist, who kindly provided a scented candle in an attempt to address the unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke in my room
I had requested a quiet, non-smoking room, but I was assigned a room next to the lift that smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room was noisy as it faced the street, and it lacked blinds or blackout curtains, so the sunlight woke me up as soon as it rose. In addition, the breakfast was rather poor
