The location is a short walk from the seafront. The room was clean and had a kettle and water supplied. The bathroom was clean with soaps and shower gel. The breakfast is a traditional Turkish breakfast which I had no problem with and the price was extremely good.
Room a bit on the small side but it was somewhere to lay my head.

A hotel located on the Marmaris waterfront, just a very short walk from the beach. Check-in and check-out were very quick, and the staff were helpful. It is definitely a great spot in Marmaris for shopping, sightseeing, and swimming.
It is definitely time to replace the carpeting in the hotel corridors :-( They could use better quality disposable bathroom amenities. It isn't always possible to find street parking (in public areas). There is a parking lot very close by, though; the overnight rate for about 8–12 hours is around 12–13 Euros—an option if nothing else is available. I really wish the hotel had a special agreement with that parking lot so guests could park at a discounted rate :-)
