Take a trip in Vanda (like "panda"), our black and white 2022 Winnebago Solis Pocket! We purchased this van new and it is in great condition with about 30,000 miles on it so far. What sets this rental apart from the rest: - The pickup location is about 15 minutes from San Francisco International Airport (SFO). A rideshare from SFO to this location typically costs anywhere from $35 (UberX) to $55 (UberXL), plus tip. - There's a great grocery store nearby (Oceana Market in Pacifica) where you can make a quick stop to stock up on food supplies before departing on your trip. - Hard-sided luggage can take up most of the floor space in any kind of camper van. I optionally provide soft duffel bags which fit into the van's overhead storage space, and I'll store your hard luggage during your trip, freeing up space to move around more comfortably while experiencing van life! - Pickup/drop-off times are 12PM noon, but I offer a half-day Add-On which will let you extend your van time by up to 8 hours without needing to book an extra night. Key features of the van include: - The van is easy to drive and fits in a standard-sized parking space - A solar panel that powers everything in the cabin except for the 120V outlets and the roof AC unit. Maintain power for lights, fridge, charging outlets, heat, water pressure, and overhead fan even when off the grid. As long as there is sunlight, you have power. - USB charging outlets throughout the cabin - Vented heat (powered by solar) and superior insulation. This is an all-weather vehicle. - Built-in fridge, powered by solar - Built-in blackout shades that easily zip close for privacy and a peaceful night sleep - Outdoor "porch" light - Bug screens cover openings for the back and side doors - Outdoor cooking/prep table - Fold-down murphy-style bed - 20 gallon freshwater tank, 20 gallon grey water tank - Outdoor “shower”. Two rods on the back door combine to form a shower rod, which you can hang a curtain from. Attach a hose to the spray port on the back of the vehicle for spraying off. - All-terrain tires - Two-burner propane stove - Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors - Cab seats swivel to face the cabin for additional seating - Dinette area converts to several different configurations - Cassette toilet. Easy to empty at any rest stop or campsite bathroom and no black tank to deal with.
