What really stood out was the hospitality of the staff — everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely focused on making the stay enjoyable.
Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta.
I had a wonderful experience staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall service was excellent.

breakfast had a lot of varieties. Gym was ok, but expected more Gym equipment. Overall it was a good stay.
Since I was staying in the executive floor , I expected a bigger room.

Staff were great.
Dirty used bloody bandage in bed. Room service food some was ok some not. But they got the order wrong more than once. Also the price quoted and the price paid were very different. Just out all your charges in the advertised price. You then don’t mind paying it. Feel ripped off when you see the full price.
