The breakfast was very filling and nutritious, but repetitive every day.
Staff were amazing and worked tirelessly keeping everything clean and in good order.
rooms are large and the shower is delightful and easy to use.
There ae plenty of mosquitoes in this area , so it's an idea to invest in a can of Baygon.

We had an amazing experience staying here and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough!
We arrived by night bus from Bangkok and were so grateful that the host let us check in as early as 10am. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. He practically helped organise our entire trip, making sure we had all the logistics sorted and giving us lots of great food recommendations.
The B&B itself has such a lovely, homey atmosphere. Everything was extremely clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is also perfect — very close to all the temples in the Old Town, with everything easily reachable on foot. The bus station and night market are both only about a 5-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient. He also helped us find a laundry service that delivered our clothes to the hotel and a great bike rental.
We absolutely loved our stay here. The combination of the wonderful hospitality, perfect location, cleanliness, and cozy atmosphere made this place feel like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this B&B. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the location was perfect, next to the bus terminal. The room was lovely and comfortable, very clean.

Good price/quality :
The place is near town centre which is good for the evening. Restaurants & town centre is close.
Rooms a clean, sober & nice. The B&B is not too big. Human sized.
We owner gave us great advices for our Journey in Chiang Rai and around.
It is ideal for backpackers, or Road Trips
