The staff was very kind, and the place was very clean and comfortable! It was near plenty of restaurants and a night market.
The shower only got warm if you decreased the water pressure super low. Also we booked a showboat through the hotel and wound up getting scammed out of $40 at the border through the company that the hotel booked us with (Laila Group). I would not recommend booking with this company.

Good location and price
The toilets were not cleaned regularily (the toilet paper was out for 2 days) and the staff was very loud in the morning and the walls are thin. The bedsheets were broken. Besides that, would recommend.

The location is excellent. It is fine for a one night stay especially since it is within the pick up area for the Slow Boat.
Check in a bit chaotic because the woman "on reception" spoke no English and had to phone the owner while several people were filling the hallway with their bags. No proper window. In my opinion it is overpriced especially considering the shared - mixed - bathroom.
