Great location in a good neighbour hood with lots of fabulous eating options.
Staff were very nice.
Breakfast sufficient.
Beds comfortable.
The room was very stuffy, with no fresh air. It was difficult to regulate the thermostat.

This is an exceptional hotel and I would never stay anywhere else in Bogotá. My room was bright, with incredible views, a nice functional kitchenette, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection is probably the best I've ever had at a hotel — a wide range of options from Colombian to American style, most very healthy, including fresh green juice, fruit, non-dairy, and eggs to order. The location is outstanding, prefectly safe and right in the heart of one of Bogotá's trendiest neighborhoods, filled with great restaurants and cafes. And everyone on staff is super friendly. I ended up extending my stay, and will stay here on my return.
It would be nice if they had onsite self-serve laundry and a gym, but they do provide laundry service and there is a laundromat a 5-min walk away. There are also several fitness facilities within a few blocks, icluding a 5-story gym that offers day passes for $16.

Location
The room was cold and we couldn’t adjust the temperature ourselves. Service was disappointing - someone from the reception escorted us to our room but didn’t bother to help us with our big bags nor pressing the elevator so what is the point of escorting us to the room it was straightforward. Another one - Wrong time was shared for the breakfast which was crucial because we would’ve taken a longer breakfast before our early flight.
