The room was in a great location, close to transport, and the centre of Rome. The room was also very clean. The communication from the beginning was exceptional and I loved that they gave us a voucher for breakfast, and let us leave our bags while we went out the next morning. Was great for a one night stay.
While we were very happy overall, the best was very bouncy so uncomfortable for us, and the room was smaller than it looked in the photos. But we really didn't spend much time in it - too busy seeing the sites - so none of this was a big deal. It was economical and that was great.

Although I did not meet the host in person, he was very prompt, helpful and kind in responding to my questions by text. The coffee in the room was excellent and the breakfast at a nearby cafe was perfect.
