Mixed feelings

The view from the room was breathtaking, the bed room and bathroom felt cozy and tastefully designed. Delicious breakfast, nicely decorated green territory around the houses. Right across the road from the lake with a restaurant and a playground for kids.

So the room consists of the 2 floors, and the first one, which is called "extra space" in description, is actually a conference/yoga room. It has all the equipment there (like yoga matts and pillows, flip chart, markers, many chairs and so on), but doesn't have any garderobe or a place to put your coat on. And while it was a lot of fun to play with that equipment with our son, it felt weird - like we didn't book a room for ourselves, but rather have some corner at someone else's place. Because we have a small kid, we've checked all the drawers when we entered the room and one of those had a lot of sharp paper pins (for the flip chart probably) and some broken glass in it - a big NO, when having a child around. There was no kettle in the room, even though it was promised in the description, and no glasses - neither for drinking, nor for the toothbrushes. It's a small thing, but it really added to not feeling very comfortable there. All the surfaces of the furniture had white circles on it - I don't think they were dirty, probably just a very unfortunate material, but it doesn't look nice. And the last thing that is important for families with small kids - the hotel is located right across the road from the lake, but there is no pedestrian way on the hotel side. And the road is pretty busy, so if you want to go to the lake and playground, you either walk by the wayside right next to the cars (no way to move with a stroller there), or try to run across it, or take a car just to get to the other side of the street.

Great natural hotel

Location is great, everything locally sourced and focus on natural products is reflected throughout the hotel. The bar and restaurant were great if you didn't want to go far. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming

They are working on the surroundings so there is more to come! Perhaps a kettle in the common room would have been nice.

eine Ruheoase am Tegernsee.

Das Blyb ist strahlt eine cosy, authentische, moderne Atmosphäre aus. Das Frühstück lässt keinen Wünsche offen, einfach genial. Aufmerksames, freundliches Personal.

wir waren im Zimmer 12 im Waldhaus und konnten nachts die Fenster nicht öffnen da keinen Kipfunktion. Zudem wäre eine Wasserkocher für den ersten Tee des Tages angenehm gewesen.

Ein glücklicher Tag im Blyb

Schönes, geräumiges und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Geführt wird das Hotel, der Barbereich sowie das Restaurant von einem unglaublich freundlichem Personal, das stets zugewandt niemals in die übliche Hotelservilität verfällt. Wir haben uns in der angenehmen Atmosphäre sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne einmal wiederkommen. PS: Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet! ;-)

Das Hotel liegt relativ nahe bei der Straße, doch unser Zimmer wies in den Garten und war ruhig.

All you need!

Ein wunderbarer Ort sich zu erholen, die tolle Küche zu geniessen und sich auch mit der Geschichte auseinanderzusetzen. Toll habt Ihr es in Blyb gemacht! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes, gemütliches und modernes Hotel

Super schöne, stilvolle und moderne Unterkunft, sehr leckeres Frühstück und tolle Lage. Die ganze Anlage ist neu und es wird aktuell noch am Backhaus gearbeitet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, bei Fragen und Tips zu Ausflügen hätten wir uns jederzeit an die Rezeption wenden können. Das Restaurant selbst haben wir leider nicht getestet. Der große Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten war perfekt für einen Tee in der Herbstsonne geeignet. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Wir waren im Nebenhaus untergebracht. Leider ist es dort sehr hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort der ZimmerNachbarn und der Personen auf dem Flur. Gerade Nachts hat uns das mehrfach geweckt, da man wirklich alles mitbekommt. Das war für uns das einzige große Manko, da sollte definitiv in Sachen Schallschutz zumindest ein bisschen zugelegt werden, auch um die Privatsphäre der Gäste irgendwie zu verbessern.

Ich komme gerne wieder!

Super schönes Hotel mit angenehmen Zimmern. Ich habe fantastisch geschlafen. Außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück und auch das Restaurant am Abend war super. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich durfte sogar schon etwas früher ins Zimmer, weil ich noch eine Besprechung hatte. WLAN funktionierte super. Mein Zimmer hatte Seeblick, also mehr geht nicht. Ich komme sicher wieder und kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Ein in jeder Hinsicht besonderes Hotel!

Dieses Hotel ist ein ganz besonderes. Die drei Betreiber haben sich ganz offensichtlich viele Gedanken gemacht und ein hervorragendes Konzept entwickelt. Sie haben es dabei geschafft, in jedem Winkel des Haupt- und Waldhauses eine besondere Behaglichkeit sicher zu stellen, ohne die zunächst einmal belastend wirkende Geschichte des Hauses leugnen zu müssen. Die Einrichtung ist stimmig und durchdacht. Wir sind ohne Vorinformationen angereist und total begeistert. Es ist ein Hotel für alle Altersklassen. Man kommt beim Frühstück oder in der gemütlichen Bar schnell ins Gespräch, was der unübersahbar darauf ausgerichteten Gestaltung der Räumlichkeiten zu verdanken ist. Zu erwähnen sind ferner die besonders bequemen Betten. Wir haben lange nicht so gut geschlafen und haben uns spontan entschlossen, unsere Betten zu Hause auf Kokossmatratzen umzurüsten. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Das etwas andere Hotel direkt am Tegernsee

Gute ruhige Lage nahe am See. Gutes Frühstück und nettes zuvorkommendes Personal.

Konzeptionell ein für den Tegernsee völlig anderes Hotel welches auf Nachhaltigkeit ausgerichtet ist. Allerdings ist das Konzept noch nicht ganz ausgereift und einiges noch im Umsetzung oder im Aufbau. Zudem fehlen im Restaurant doch ein paar regionale kulinarische Schmankerl die eben zum Tegernsee gehören.

Perfekt

Das Frühstück war wirklich aussergewöhnlich und das ganze Hotel ist sehr liebevoll sowie modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Relaxed and rejuvinating. Would surely come back.

Location was great. Easy access to the lake. The property itself is spacious, with beautiful trees and nature. The staff was friendly. Great place to relax!

The top roof rooms can get hot in summer. Breakfast was good but could be even better with more choice (eg. Scrambled eggs and sausages). But otherwise it was still good, healthy and sufficient.

Perfect getaway for a relaxing villa-like stay

Didnt feel like a hotel, but more in a holiday villa. Beautiful houses, hidden by a big garden.. quite and easy going. Nice and neat rooms. Literally 3 mins walk to the beach

Very tiny details only. Restaurant & bar is not open on monday & tue - which is a pity.

Superb

Beautiful! The staff was very nice and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had I. Germany!

The rooms and huge, but we had to have more than one for a family of 4. They really should have an option for a 4 person family.

Newly renovated room (not very big), good location on lakeside.

Restaurant is pretentious, food too expensive. Staff is young and could learn a bit more about hospitality.

Breath of fresh air and felt at home instantly

Amazing location and beautiful grounds. We only stayed a night but are already planning to go back, the attention to detail for drinks and breakfast were so good. The staff and owner were super friendly and approachable. Thumbs up
