The views are incredible and the food and restaurant are exceptional
The only reason I paid a premium for this stay was for the sauna only to find out upon arrival that the sauna was broken and closed

There’s nothing to do in the hotel, no activities. The main motivation for me and my girlfriend to go there was the hot pool, which is really tiny and shallow, with the possibility to fit only 3 people there, and the sauna. But it appeared there was an additional price per person to use the sauna, this information was not stated anywhere. This was really a dealbreaker.
The restaurant was small and really noisy. The time we went there, I think the management/owner(s) were having their dinner, as the administrator also joined them after a couple of minutes, and they were talking and laughing really loudly, without any respect for their guests.
The food portions were tiny as well. We ordered Chikhirtma (Traditional Georgian dish), but there were only small “fragments” of chicken. We decided to eat somewhere else because it wasn’t enough at all. This was the first and last time we went there.
They even lost the item after finding it… I lost one AirPod in the room, which is my bad, of course. I texted the hotel, and they found the AirPod the next morning and also offered me that they will deliver it to Tbilisi. I was so happy.. They weren’t texting me for 2 days so I decided to write them about the dates. An they’re telling me that they managed to lose it again… If you care about guests, I don’t know how can this be possible!
