The location, staff and facilities were fantastic. It was extremely walkable but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating and the room was spacious and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.

I would like to share my unique experience staying at the Hayat Hotel, specifically regarding its features and advantages. Its location is very close to all historical tourist sites, within walking distance. As for the hotel itself, it boasts a beautiful local character, and its design emulates traditional local houses, incorporating elements such as the inner courtyard, wooden columns, and Islamic decorations with a Uzbek style and vibrant colors. This isn't limited to the reception area; it extends to the rooms, with attention to every detail, from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms with all amenities to colorful murals and intricately carved wooden ceilings. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the restaurant also has a beautiful design reflecting traditional craftsmanship, from hanging colorful pottery and copperware to rugs. Then there's the most important person who made our stay at this hotel a comfortable experience: Azim. He welcomed and bid us farewell with great hospitality and cooperation, facilitating our stay, guiding us to the most important landmarks and how to reach them, and even helping us send a pair of shoes I had forgotten in the room to Tashkent, following up with the driver until we received them. Thank you so much, Azim, for everything. Azim has put in a lot of effort and care and made our stay memorable and I hope that I will have the opportunity to visit Bukhara again and stay in this same beautiful hotel.

Great location, clean, so friendly staff and you can pay with card :)
Taxi to from airport was too expensive $20. We realised later Yanex could have cost us max $3

the matresses were too hard , no proper heater/drier in room , no elevators
