Central to the city center and easy walk to the marina. Parking nearby although €25 for the night- safe area.

The apartment is immaculately clean, modern and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is large with a lovely walk in shower and the huge bed is very comfortable. The reception for collection of keys is only 3 mins walk away from the actual premises. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was a really nice place to be.
A couple of things seemed to be overlooked. Only one side of the bed had a shelf, awkward for charging phones etc. There was an ugly box covering pipes coming through the floor maybe put a couple of chairs and nice top and it’s a lovely area with coffee table, the room is large enough to take it. Put a toilet roll holder on the wall, reaching for the vanity unit isn’t great.

Excellently located just a one-minute walk from the Central Market and the bus stop to and from the airport, this hotel is the perfect place to experience the relaxed atmosphere of Alicante. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos and in perfect working order. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with a jacuzzi, while the bathroom was bright and recently renovated.
It was a pity, and somewhat surprising, that such a spacious and beautifully decorated room (203) did not have a bedside table with a drawer on both sides of the bed. As a result, there was only a convenient place to leave personal items such as a phone, charger, etc. on the right side of the bed. Adding a small drawer or bedside storage on both sides would be a very welcome improvement.
On another note, and although this is not the hotel's fault, we have to agree with other guests' comments regarding the street noise, which can be quite noticeable, particularly in the evening and at night.

Central location, minimalistic style
We received the noise complaint from the host at three in the morning. We were listening to music from a laptop speaker. Making threats about calling the police was a bit too much.
There were the four of us which I clearly indicated early and did the registrations for four people, but the apartment was only prepared for two people.
Bathroom door could not be closed properly. Very odd for a nice apartment like this.
When we booked the apartment, we actually expected one more bedroom, so two people had to sleep on the couch.
