Lili and her son were so so kind and welcoming - they were very helpful over WhatsApp and also in person. We even received presents from them upon arrival and also upon leaving! The apartment is big, light and in a great location. It is also well equipped. We would gladly come back
It would be great if there was some bigger mirror in the apartment (as there’s only the small one in the bathroom). Some coat racks would be helpful as well. Those are just some minor improvements we would be happy to see next time we come back (which we’re already planning! :)))

Дуже чисті апартаменти , все є для комфортно мешкання , а як що щось не вистачить власник предоставе. Є інтернет , є вода , що дуже важливо в цій місцевості , в цьому районі є проблема з подачею води, але власник вирішив це питання!!! До моря близько 150 м . Тиха спокійна місцевість , сусіди майже всі грекі які готові вам допомогти))) це приємно . А ще власник 24/7 на зв’язку, у нас були питання які потребували допомоги, і власник допомогав

Власник вас зустріне та проведе короткий екскурс.
У кімнатах раз на кілька днів прибирають і змінюють рушники. Якщо чогось не вистачає, реагують дуже швидко. Все чисто й доглянуто. Стабільний потужний інтернет по всьому будинку. Також є окрема кімната нагорі по сходах із нормальною ліжком та кондиціонером. У вас цілих два балкони! На одному ви можете сушити випрані речі, а на другому — обідати з родиною.
Розташування чудове (5 хвилин до моря). Тихий район. У вас є особисте паркувальне місце в самому центрі Нікіті.
Якщо ви подорожуєте з великою кількістю багажу, то помітите, що вам буде бракувати шафи (велика шафа є лише нагорі по сходах, але щоразу туди підніматися вам швидко набридне).
