The room was very comfortable and attractive. The entrance was open, and no one was there when we arrived, but our hostess came and let us check in early. I was able to communicate easily with the hostess through booking.com. We had an excellent view of mount Kazbek and the church from our balcony. The location close to the town center was convenient. It was great to have access to a kitchen, well-supplied with a fridge, stove-top and microwave, teapot, dishes, and a laundry machine, and even laundry soap.
In the bathroom, we needed 2 bathtowels and washcloths for 2 people (there was only one), and we ran out of toilet paper.

Гостевой дом расположен близко к границе. Магазин Spar в пешей доступности. Хороший напор в душе, есть чайник и посуда. Удобные кровати.
Хорошо бы повесить тюль на окна для номера на первом этаже. Номер просматривается с улицы насквозь, а зашторить можно либо блэкаутом, либо никак(

Месторасположение, красивый вид, интерьер.
В Грузии повально нет бортиков в душевых, поэтому весь пол заливает водой.

Location is pretty good as it is nearby to Tourist Center,Spar and public transport.WIFI is pretty much good.The owner let me checked in ahead than the standard time. Recommended for backpackers only.
The washroom is flooded when taking shower.
No drinkable water ready in the bar.Nor utensils are not available around.The pillow is too hard.
Many times, someone is trying to open the door.
