With a private front yard for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening drink, & a pretty interior that's an ode to classic LA design, this studio is the perfect perch for you to pause and enjoy all Manhattan Beach has to offer. The Space: Our favorite part of the studio has to be the kitchen. We refurbished it, while maintaining the original tiling, to be super functional as well as great to look at. We kept the colors earthy and grounding to evoke a calming and peaceful energy for the space. The kitchen really makes this space a home. Turn on some music, pour some drinks and make a meal by yourself or with your loved ones on the nights you don't feel like going out. Besides the studio itself; you will have access to one parking spot & the private fenced-off outdoor space. The studio is steps to the beach which features clean sand, amazing surf and gorgeous sparkling water. You will also be walking distance to a plethora of amazing places to eat drink and be merry! Skip on over to our famous restaurants, shops, art galleries and endless entertainment options; rent e-bikes or surfboards, and learn about marine life at the local aquarium, picnic at the local park and enjoy more places to visit detailed in our welcome book upon arrival! Tour the town or just take the time to lay out on the beach and relax, either way Manhattan Beach will not disappoint. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking -We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily. Trash Cans: Located on the side of the house. Place recyclable items into the blue can. Taxes: Airbnb is currently not able to include the 12% TOT tax (increasing to 14% by the city of Manhattan Beach on July 1st 2023) required by the City of Manhattan Beach. As an alternative you will receive an Airbnb resolution request after booking requesting the TOT tax (applicable to both nightly accommodations & cleaning fee). Guests are required to complete this payment. We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.
