Located in Sunset Beach, this lovely house for $950 per night is a great option for your next trip. 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home with Den and Huge Kitchen on a Private Acre Lot **PARADISE FOUND!!** If you are looking for a fun, private home with ultra plush comforts and well appointed modern beach decor for your North Shore vacation, this is your spot. The main house is 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with an upper/lower set up and a cozy den/game/ tv area making this a perfect place for a family or small mellow group. There is a separate cottage with a king bed and wet bar with a half bath and outside shower for the 5th bedroom. There is a large, covered, wrap around lanai on the main house that is a great place to catch the breeze and enjoy the lush garden views. The best part about this home is the privacy, and once you enter the gate, you feel like you are in your own little paradise AND it is just a short walk ACROSS THE STREET to the beach at Rocky Point, where the most pristine beaches on the North Shore stretch for miles. Please note that this is NOT a party house. This is a very well maintained family oriented home and we do not allow any type of party or gatherings. Set up: Upper level: The upper level, including master bedroom, kitchen, and living area have AC! Master Bedroom has a king bed and en-suite full bath. HUGE kitchen is great for preparing meals and gathering with a large dining table and living area with open concept and high beamed ceilings. There is a lovely half bath near the kitchen. The lower level of the main house has three bedrooms with their own distinct decor and queen beds. These bedrooms share a big bathroom with a walk in shower and extra large sink. The den/ game room is also located on the lower level and has a large screen TV, comfy sofa, some games, etc. The 5th bedroom is a separate cottage with a king bed, wet bar, half bathroom, and extra hot/cold outdoor shower. Please note that lower level of main home + separate cottage do NOT have AC and are cooled by ceiling fans. Also please note we do NOT have a hot tub. This appears on some peoples search and is an issue we are trying to address. Thank you for understanding. Awesome property with plenty of room to spread out The kids loved exploring the yard And admiring the wildlife. The location was perfect It was Central to a lot of the locations we wanted to check out.

We really enjoyed the house. It was large enough for the whole family and the location was great. Access and parking was easy. We love the North Shore and were happy to find a house to stay in. Will look to stay here again in the future.

This was place was amazing! Beach access is across the road a few steps. I always wonder if the shore line is rocky but this house was across from nice sandy beaches and big waves. The house and casita we very nice, clean, cooking supplies were all upgrades, no cheap pans yay! We cooked breakfast and one meal a day there and ate out a meal/day. Beds were all comfortable. A/C upstairs keeps everything cool and humidity out. Our crew had a great time!

Sophia the manager was wonderful, quick to respond to our inquiries. Wonderful location, walk across the street to the beach. Also, very close to the grocery store and awesome food trucks. Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay.

This property has a fantastic location. Walk to the beach across the street. Go to Freds for breakfast. Have coffee on the balcony. Very secure and secluded from the public. I’m coming back. We took our 4 adult kids and spouses and everyone had an excellent time . Great for large groups and big enough to get away into your own space

The only real problem was the spool whirlpool wasn’t at the property as advertised. We contacted the owner and she gave a screenshot of not having it listed on her side. We gave back a screenshot of it listed. She raised a ticket, but it is ridiculous that the listing showed a spa whirlpool and owner didn’t have the box checked and it wasn’t there in the house. Not sure what you can do to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else and or give a voucher for next stay or whatever. Thank you for looking into this and getting back to me.

Plenty of room for the kids to play, walking distance to sunset beach. Needs more outdoor seating but other then that perfect!!

We stayed at this vacation property for the second time in a row for the whole Month of August of 2022. Great house! The management was super friendly and helpful. Location is the best - Sunset beach !! We plan to return!

Location was great but the dishwasher did not work which created something of hardship. Washing dishes for 10 people took effort and coordination every day.

The home was exactly as described and perfect for put group of 10 ages 17-55. There were plenty of linens, dishes, beach toys and towels. The privacy was appreciated along with the convenient location. There was ample parking and room to turn around. The cottage out back was everything my husband and I needed. We found the roosters and chicks to be great neighbors. Sont let the lack of AC worry you, with the windows open allowing the trade winds through, it was fine. Other than a hiccup with the dishwasher, the appliances are all modern and worked great. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and the grocery store was close by. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Beautiful house, great location, beach literally across the street. There is essentially no AC in the house which we adjusted to-- just need to know that going in. For us it didn't matter, we wanted an authentic tropical experience!

Beyond incredible. We'd 2000% stay again!!! It was magical. The walk to the beach was even closer than we thought. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. It's a hidden gem for sure!

Beautiful secluded property right across from the beach! We loved our time in this home. Big enough for all of us to have our own space, and two common areas that helped us enjoy our time together eating meals, watching movies and playing games in the evenings. The windows wrap around on all sides so we were able to open them and let in the ocean breezes. We brought a floor fan up from one of the bedrooms to help keep the cooler outside air moving through the common area. We loved the porch! And the property is secured with a locked gate. Although the property is right on the Kamehameha Hwy, the fence and trees blocked out much of the noise from the traffic. Plenty of great beaches right across the highway. Enjoyed walking down and watching the professional surfers! Yummy little smoothie shop just down the street as well as Ted’s bakery (the chocolate pie is divine) a bit further down. We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved staying at this rental house. It is located in just the right spot to experience all of Hawaii. The house was very clean. So fun waking up to the beautiful surroundings each day. We will definitely come here again.
