All you need to know is in the titles. The Lake Michigan Beach House is an Essential Vacation. As soon as you approach the property, you instantly realize it is very well maintained. We were greeted by Property Manager Cassandra. She provided a quick tour of the property letting us know important features to make our stay easier. The number of bedrooms can accommodate just about any group. Having a high chair and crib was helpful. The Kitchen is well stocked with almost every pan and utensil you will need to make incredible meals. The backyard is large enough to recreate and we were down for some cornhole. It’s also a great space for bocce ball and croquet if you have those games to bring. The beach offers a fine white sand and plenty of small stones for collectors. Water temp was chilly and offered a brisk and refreshing swim. The star of the show are the stunning sunsets framed across from the property.Essential Vacations is a great property manager. They were prompt in responding to our questions, stopping by when needed and going above and beyond to make our stay simply the best.Thinking about booking a stay at Lake Michigan Beach House? Do it. The home and beach area were beautiful. Home decor was a little outdated and odd layout but we made it work. Property manager met us upon arrival to answer any questions we had and they were very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. Hot tub needed maintenance and they made sure to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The property is beautiful, the town was pleasant, and the beach area was breathtaking! We enjoyed our stay very much!

The house was a great place for our family to spend time together and explore the area. Playing on the beach, kayaking, and watching the sunsets were all highlights. The house offered plenty of space for us to hangout and to have our own space. We would definitely stay at this house again.
