With four spacious bedrooms spread across multiple levels, this vacation rental offers ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation. As you arrive at each floor, a sense of serenity envelopes you, accompanied by the gentle melody of crashing waves that permeate throughout the entire home. Make your way upstairs to the Primary Suite on the top floor, furnished with a plush King bed, including an ensuite bathroom, and access to the sun deck. Take in the incredible ocean views that surround you while you gather in this well-appointed outdoor space. Located downstairs from the entry-level of the home, you'll find the second Primary Suite, offering a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, and incredible floor-to-ceiling views of the ocean. This level also includes the two additional guest rooms, each furnished with a Queen bed, and a full guest bathroom. The lowest level of the home offers an additional family area, that can be used as an additional sleeping space, and a full bathroom. (DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms. - Maximum occupancy of 10, sleeps 10 people in beds (2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper) - The home has multiple stories that will require the use of stairs to navigate. - This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS - This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is AMAZING. The views were breathtaking, and this home was perfect for my group of 9 people. Very clean, very spacious, I would stay here every time I visit Oceanside. Truly blessed to be able to stay in a home as stunning as this with my friends, and for anyone considering this place...BOOK IT!

This is a gorgeous home, well kept and clean with stunning views from multiple rooms. Lots of room for large groups with ample kitchen/pantry space to cook gourmet meals and entertain. Two car garage for parking with another spot outside in front of garage. Plenty of parking on street which is rare for beach front properties. Highly recommend and hope to return again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house. Loved it. We had an amazing time and would definitely rent it again in the future.The only problem was the spa was very cloudy and smelled funny. I called the management company and they said we couldn't go in and should wait 24hrs. They also said we should be reimbursed 10%. Haven't seen that credit yet.
