Loved absolutely everything about our stay from start to finish! The accommodation was incredibly clean and in the perfect location, peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to easily get around the island. There were lots of great food options nearby and the beach was also within easy reach.
The accommodation offered us different transport options, and we decided to use bicycles for our trip, which were fantastic for getting around.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, but most of all, the service was exceptional. All of the staff were so polite, welcoming, and attentive.
Ellen was honestly amazing. My partner fell poorly with a cold after our stay in Canggu, and she was so caring and thoughtful. She even brought him hot ginger tea in the mornings to help him feel better, which was such a lovely personal touch.
I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough. We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! ❤️

吉利T岛的The Haven酒店体验太棒了！整体环境舒服又安逸，房间宽敞干净，卫生间空间很大，淋浴的水压充足，洗澡很舒服。房间自带一个小露台，可以悠闲坐着吹风。早餐味道特别好吃。酒店里有几只店主养的猫咪，性格温顺很亲人。泳池颜值很高，尤其晚上氛围感拉满，池水干净透亮。在这里住了两天，全程放松舒适，非常推荐！

Las instalaciones, la limpieza, la comodidad, la piscina, lo bien que te tratan, el desayuno también estaba muy bueno.
A veces un poco de ruido que molestaba para descansar, la ubicación no es perfecta y aunque esto no dependa del alojamiento, la calle donde está ubicada está muy mal iluminada y sin adoquinar, pese a eso es un sitio al que volveria.

Ellen was very kind.
Unfortunately, our experience at The Haven was not very good. The accommodation can only be reached on foot or by horse cart. If you don’t want to pay for a small horse to pull several people and their luggage in the heat, walking is basically the only option. We walked for around 25 minutes from the harbour, and because the road is very dusty, we arrived sweaty and covered in dust.
Ellen was very kind. The room also looked clean when we arrived. However, after a while we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom, then another one on the terrace, and later in the evening we found another cockroach next to our bed. This made us feel very uncomfortable.
We also received complimentary water in a glass bottle. Ellen told us it was safe to drink, although it tasted a little salty. We decided not to drink it. In the end, we didn’t feel comfortable at the accommodation or on the island, especially because of the cockroaches, so we decided to leave earlier than planned (the day after arrival).
Ellen herself was nice, but unfortunately, if we return to Indonesia, this is not a place we would choose to stay at again.
