The location is slightly outside Egilsstaðir and inside a very calm, natural area covered with trees and plants. I felt like being at a camp area. Parking is right before the flat so, very convenient. Amenities were great as well.
I believe the biggest issue were the lack of mosquite nets on the windows. As the area is within the nature, many tiny black bugs entered when we opened the windows for ventilation and they bit us from many locations on our arms, legs and even our back of bellies. We kept itching thus scratching until the end of our Iceland visit with swollen dots. And, also a bathroom improvement could also make this place matchless.

Excellent location, fantastic view from the living room, very near to Vok Baths, reindeer park on the property - very nice tour

"The views were lovely and the wildflowers and birds around delightful. It’s a short walk from the lake where I swam in the morning (colds!), and a short drive from shops in Egilsstadir."
