A casa tem uma localização excelente, mesmo dentro do santuário de Nossa Senhora da Lapa. Tem restaurantes muitos agradáveis, com excelente comida. O apartamento estava limpo.

O apartamento preciso de obras e remodelação urgente! Cozinha muito antiga, e em péssima conservação. Quartos e sala minúscula. Tudo muito antigo. Na reserva foi solicitada uma caução no dia da entrada no apartamento. Quando saímos verificaram a casa e indicaram que iriam devolver, mas foi preciso 3 semanas, a enviar mensagens consecutivas para devolverem o dinheiro.
