Amazing apartment with balcony. Views of rooftops and the beautiful St Mary's Basilica. Very quiet.
Spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both great showers.
Good kitchenette with everything you need and plenty of teabags, sugar and coffee.
Both bedrooms had cable TVs and comfy sofa beds as well as double beds. Dining table and chairs in one bedroom (!?). Also fascinating old original heaters in rooms and beautiful floors.
Located a few minutes walk from main square with plenty of bars and restaurants.
102 stone steps up to the apartment, exhausting with suitcases. No elevator!
But we knew that in advance so we're semi prepared
By the end of our stay the ascent became a bit easier.

Appartenento spazioso e in posizione centrale per gli spostamenti per visitare i punti di interesse. Situato di fronte al museo con l'esposizione della Dama con L'ermellino di Leonardo da Vinci.
La proprietà è stata molto disponibile durante il nostro soggiorno.
Frigorifero leggermente rumoroso ma niente di insuperabile chiudendo la porta che separa dalla zona notte.

Very good location and it was cheap.
Had trouble finding lock box for the key as there are 5 - staff member at office was very friendly and assisted me on the phone.
Very basic, no curtains or proper air con. Air con unit had to have hose out of window while on meaning window had to stay open all night if you want air con on, but street can be very noisy at night.
No proper curtains, only a veil, concerned about privacy and not great for keeping room dark at night.
Up 3 steep flights of stairs with no lift - was not a problem for us but may be for other guests as we were not aware of this.

Location from the main square. 3/4 minutes.
Entrance area very dark .
Back courtyard square completely overgrown and lot of different business dustbins overflowing. Builders rubbish.
Very dark staircase. Light to descend from second floor only came on after 3 steps which was dangerous
Steps were steep and the climb to the second floor... No lift... Would be hard for less able people.
Open front meter cabinets on the stairway.
Staircase looking run down. Needs renovation which is a shame as the actual apartment is nice.
No air conditioning or even a fan and apartment was hot as temperature was high while we were there.
