About this house rental

Marina Beach Cabin - Dog-Friendly Home with Deck!

 The Space
This 1,465-square-foot cabin spans two levels and comfortably accommodates up to nine guests. Designed for relaxation and convenience, it features:

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms Fully equipped kitchen with a  refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and tea kettle. Dining table for six Washer & Dryer for guest use Wall-mounted heat & wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. Wall-mounted A/C units in each room Game area with ping pong table for extra entertainment. Outdoor gas BBQ for grilling (propane not included—tank available to be refilled at local market)

Master Bedroom - King bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Two bunk beds (four twin beds) Loft - Twin bed with Trundle

Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests

Pet Policy
This is a pet-friendly home with a $75 per stay pet fee plus tax

All pets must be approved, declared, and registered with Yosemite Region Resorts prior to arrival. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and non-destructive. 

Pets are not allowed on furniture, and unsupervised pets must be crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all pet waste.

Pine Mountain Lake Resort & Amenities
As part of the gate Pine Mountain Lake community, guests have access to a range of resort-style amenities:

Three beaches, including Marina Beach - just 200 feet from the cabin. This is the largest and most popular beach in  Pine Mountain Lake, featuring a designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic tables, a snack shack, and rentals for sailboats, kayaks, paddleboards, and paddle boats. 18-hole championship golf course & country club with indoor & outdoor dining. Community pool, tennis & pickleball courts, and horseshoe pits. Equestrian center & hiking trails Small airport for private planes

Important Information

No outdoor fires permitted Firewood is not provided but available for purchase locally Parking is provided for up to three vehicles Driveway is up-sloping Pine Mountain Lake Access Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of $50 per vehicle is required by the HOA (additional fees apply for stays of 8+ nights)

Linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, & comforters are provided for each bed A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap is included. Beach towels, coffee, spices, cooking oils, and food are not 

Visiting Yosemite in 2025? Plan Ahead!
Yosemite requires reservations on peak days for personal vehicle entry. We can guide you on how to secure one! If you can’t get a reservation, no worries—daily shuttles leave from Pine Mountain Lake. Message us after booking for help!
