The location was very convenient, and it was 10 min walking distance from the rail station.
We didn't like the toilet facilities as there was no option for an attached toilet.

It was clean
The building felt quite dated, and the sound insulation was poor, meaning noises from neighboring rooms could be heard easily.

Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. The aircon was exceptional.
The area doesn't feel particularly safe, but this is not the fault of the property. In future I would probably stay in Venice rather than Mestre
The glasses in the room were not clean. Teabags with no mugs.
