Location. Minutes from the Mestre station
Super strict checkout time policy (10:30am). I didn’t appreciate the concierge knocking at the door minutes before the checkout time to push us out.

We had a wonderful stay in Venice! The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and cozy. It felt much more like a lovely guesthouse than a typical hotel, with a very welcoming and cozy common dining area.
The staff member was incredibly kind and attentive, which made us feel very well taken care of. The check-in and check-out system was also super convenient and easy.
We stayed for just one night, but we were really happy with our experience. The room looked exactly like it did in the photos on the website, which was a big plus.
We would definitely be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this place!
The only thing that personally made me feel a little uncomfortable was the area around the accommodation. It didn’t feel particularly safe to me, especially when we returned after 10:00 p.m. There were quite a lot of drunk and disruptive people around.
Perhaps we simply happened to be there on a particularly busy and noisy Saturday evening, so this may not be representative of the area in general. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

It is really close to the train station.
It is a bit noisy. We were awakened several times by noises, inside and outside of the building.

Accomodation was in a great location and room was sizeable with all the listed facilities and amenities.
We struggled to contact the hosts who I totally didn’t respond to let us in when we arrived. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell that developed during the day when the door was closed. Shared balcony and shared kitchen.
