The host is so polite and welcoming and sweet. Great little homey neighborhood right off the main street. Spacious clean room for the 4 of us. Comfortable beds. Giant bathroom with everything you need - soap/towels/tp. Extra blankets for a rainy night. Communal kitchen in the basement very appreciated. Little roof terrace to hang your laundry. Very patient with us. What a find!
Cleaning products used on room were a bit too perfumey, but aired out quickly.

The size of the rooms, and beds, comfortable mattresses. A beautiful roof terrace. The location of the property is good (nearby a food store and restaurants, 5 minutes walk from the railway station). The personnel are kind, check-in and checkout were OK. Air conditioners are working. Good Wi-Fi connection.
The shared bathroom on the 2nd floor was cleaned only the 3rd day of our stay. There wasn't even a swab to wipe up the water in the bathroom. The floor and the tablecloth of the shared kitchen (in the basement) were dirty, the gas stove didn't work, and the electric stove wasn't in the best shape. There were flat TVs (from good manufacturers) but neither had a cable TV-connection, one didn't have a controller.
It's interesting that on the 1st floor the bathroom was OK!
These things debased our stay, but can be fixed without a great effort by the owner/manager!
