Other reviews say its unclean and bad. I dont think so. For 20 euros per night, it was very good stay for one night, so if you dont need anything fanc, its very good stay for one night.

La habitación era como en las fotos, estaba todo limpio, el baño a diferencia de como dicen en algunos comentarios estaba limpio igual que la cocina.
El propietario muy amable y dispuesto a resolver dudas, nos dio las llaves para todas las puertas y las cerraduras estaban perfectas (hay q hacer algo de fuerza para cerrar pero están bien)
La ubicación está bien, a menos de 10 minutos de la estación y el barrio no es tan malo como dicen, es un barrio normal cerca de una estación, con algunos vagabundos etc pero lo habitual
La cama bastante dura y la ropa manchada. Para entrar hay q entrar al edificio y luego pasar por un pequeño patio, no está muy indicado pero en nuestro caso nos comunicamos a través de mensajes y nos guió perfectamente (aunq tuvimos que esperar por él ya q no se encontraba en el alojamiento).
Es un piso de 3 habitaciones (las 3 opciones que da) si sois un grupo y pilláis las 3 habitaciones está bastante bien, sino tienes q convivir con más gente, q no es un problema pero las paredes son bastante finas y se escucha todo, a nosotros nos tocó gente q gritaba bastante y es un poco incómodo

Even though the place is in need of renovation and better cleaning but the bed was great, big and very comfy, sheets were clean.
The room was big and spacious with nice stone floor.
Great location, also there two great veg and fruit shops within a minute walk from the place.
Reasonable for a short stay.
The apartment is in need of renovation and better cleaning, kitchen is practically non-existent, bathroom very shabby, no air-con.
Not recommended for a longer than 2 nights stay.
