Staff is friendly, WiFi is fast and it is very close to the train station.
It is somewhat untended (but clean).

Extremely helpful host. Good location, easily accessible from train station and buses, and quick to get into Venice proper for exploring. Small restaurants and grocery stores nearby, overall safe neighbourhood
Wifi didn't work well in our room, we were told it doesn't reach there so we had to sit out in the hallway to use it. Bed was missing a spring on one side causing a really big sag in the middle.

The rooms were very clean, it has everything we could possible need for the price we paid, the lady that host us, was so kind and lovely, she show us the map of the city, and help us with everything we need, beautiful stay

the location is close to the train station..so getting in and out of Venice is handy.
maybe not a spot to stay if you're planning to visit Venice in the summer. No airconditioning and the fan barely put out any air at all.
