Enjoy your stay in Carpinteria and live on Vacation! Walk or bike to downtown Linden Avenue shopping and restaurants and continue to the World's Safest Beach. Close to coffee shops for a coffee run and take a walk through Salt Marsh Nature Park. This is a newly renovated downstairs 2 bedroom 1 bath condo that provides off street parking and a full kitchen. The living room is all set to watch the game on the streaming flatscreen TV and has laundry in the unit. Heating & A/C. Pet Friendly!! Large parties can also book the adjacent unit, Mountain View.

They were very accommodating and helpful while we were evacuated from our home. Check in was smooth, the place is very clean with comfortable beds, and ideal for kids and pets, which was a lifesaver! A quiet retreat!

The house was clean and our host was very courteous. There is a brita pitcher their so you can bring your refillable water bottle. They have plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One person in our party ended up getting there a day early. Our hostess was very understanding and was able to accommodate an additional night stay for us. Definitely recommend them!
