We needed 3 bedrooms as the kids have grown and Ocean Villas 113 fit the need. The place was clean and the complex quiet. The unit is not ocean front, but it is a very short walk to the beach (maybe 100+ yards and 2-3 minutes max) that saves about a grand on the week rental. And we were able to put that money into food and attractions. Saint Augustine is wonderful; we had been here 4 times when the kids were little and now it was time to relive some memories before the oldest starts her adult life. We had fun, much thanks to Ocean Villas 113, its owner, the property managment and VRBO. We'll be back again - maybe with a son-in-law in tote this time.
