Pictures are accurate except for everything on the deck. Hot tube didn’t work which was the one main reasons I booked this place. It looks private in the pictures but it’s not now. It’s on the other side of the deck for everyone to see. And the house right across the street which is ur view from the deck, is a huge eyesore. Very clean inside which I really loved. And the little gifts everywhere were fun n personable. The neighborhood looks sketchy but there is remodeling of some homes within the neighborhood. Decor inside the house was very fancy!

The house did not the essentials like a broom/mop we had to go purchase frying pans/paper towels pitcher which we left at the house. There was a mildew smell when you first walked in that carried thru the house so we had all the doors open to air it out. We even bought candles to make it smell better, but all and all we made the best of it and had fun.

Jennifer, our host, reached out a few days before our check in date to inquire if any of the adults drink and how many kids are checking in with us and their age ranges so she can have appropriate welcome gifts for us. We were surprised to see all the snacks and drinks she had bought for us. Jennifer even had some small bottles of bubbles for the kids to play with while we were enjoying the huge patio. Jennifer even had a mosquito spray, since we definitely needed those as well. I agree when Jennifer texted me that this place is a celebration house, since there was plenty of room in the house, as well as the patio to celebrate. There were plenty of bathroom supplies. The kitchen was well-equipped. This place definitely was our home away from home with extra perks, like the hot tub and fire pit. Our host responded quickly to our questions.
