Big rooms with equipped kitchen, Excellent for long stays. Very close to Manhattan by subway. Great service Average breakfast, (for non-Americans) :it includes a lot of sugar, not quality coffee and no vegetables at all.

Hotel is super cool . Natasha is the super star of reception. So friendly and helpful. One small negative point - breakfast area too small for that big hotel .

Staff not professional, I ask for a later check out and was told lasted I could have was 12noon, other properties offer at least a 1 or 2 pm check out. When I asked staff was rude and gave conflicting information. When I was checking out on Sunday the employee mumbled good go home. Staff at this establishment was very rude , I don’t think I will stay there again.

Only a few months old. Room and bath layout was clever. Small spanish grocery half block away. Near bus. About a mile from subways. Good buffet. Common area next to lobby open 24-7. Coffee available all night. Everyone was nice. People from everywhere.

Loved the hotel. It was really comfortable and clean. The kitchenette was awesome. All the team members were friendly and helpful. Only downside is the elevator system. Had to wait 5-10+ mins each time.

Needs more convient ways to traverse floor to floor. Elevators daily were extremley busy. Was very inconvient as some points during the day to go up or down the elevator

Hotel is adequate all around. Nice and cheap with friendly service. Free breakfast is as good as a Residence Inn in the middle of Iowa but at a price tag 5x more. The problem with the hotel isn't the cleanliness or the staff. It's just 20 minutes from a functioning subway. In NYC, time is money. Spend the money to be on Manhattan or closer to a stop in actual LIC.

The hotel is generally okay. For us to visit the HSS, it was convenient. The help was pleasant enough but my chief complaint has to do with the food options, which were awful. There were no places nearby to eat, so we tried the sandwiches for dinner. I don’t know who makes the stuff, but get rid of it soon as possible. The HSS offers much better in the lobby, the sandwiches are very good. I’d find out who makes those. They would be an excellent option for your customers. I would try to improve te breakfast offerings as well. The eggs are not very good. Neither is the turkey sausage.

The hotel is an oasis amid the projects with their urban blight, The accommodations were generous, the staff friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

The hotel was great. No complaints there! But I didn’t sleep well at all due to the loudness of NYC. I could hear everything coming from outside all night long with the windows closed.

Fast friendly service on check in and check out. The room was cozy but spacious and modern with a good view of the city lights - yet surprisingly quiet. The valet service took good car of the car and I will stay there again when I return to NYC.

Everything was great, with the exception of the area. It is in a bad area. Had i known, i would have booked elsewhere. We only went out walking in the evening the first night. That was also our last. The video streaming was out 5 of the 6 nights we stayed. I have a 9yr old. Having that service available which is "included" and not working was definitely frustrating.

Got kicked out last night there cause I cursed at the manager(the facility not person) I complained cause I asked two days in arrow for them to clean the room they said I was on a night to night but we had been there for a week didn’t clean the room for 3 days and dad just got back from hospital so they kicked my handicap dad and I out on the street had to pack and be out in 20 mins managers can’t have a heated discussion because they messed up good luck if u good there

This was probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in NYC. I also loved the tiny kitchen and the staff were very helpful. It was a bit of a walk to the subway, but a great experience all around

I enjoyed the property. I think it would be nice to get courtesy shuttles to the transit stations and back. The neighborhood was rough, but I got through it okay.
