My husband and I loved the northern Michigan lodge-style aesthetic of the resort. The room was clean and brand new with a shower and separate soaker tub. We loved the gas fireplace in the room and large flat-screen smart TV, as well as the gas fire pits outside looking onto the water. It was perfect for warming up after exploring Traverse City on a chilly afternoon. There is also an indoor pool and sauna.We loved the fall decor. We were joking around that we were having a "Gilmore Girls" fall weekend, and this lodge fit the vibe. We've already decided we'll stay here again during our next getaway up north.
No real complaints. Just a note that the resort, which was originally one building, is still under renovation with the 2nd and 4th buildings to come soon, including an event center and gym. We stayed in the 3rd building Lodge which houses the pool and sauna. We look forward to when the full resort is open and hope it also includes a bar. We'll definitely come back.

Clean, controlled and well kept.
We loved the landscaping, the fire pits, and how every thing from the lobbies to the pool felt elevated, clean and comfortable.

Nice rooms and lobby. Coffee bar was nice. Bed was soft and comfy and our room was very clean.
The pool was cold with a really heavy chemical odor (burned my eyes). No change machine for the laundry. No cup holders for coffee bar. Kinda hard to take three cups to your room. We saw two mice outside the door to building 3.
