The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the town and enjoy the lakeside. The room was very comfortable, spotless, and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The breakfast was great, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options.

When we arrived, there was only auxiliary staff to help us with the check-in. When we asked for the parking, they told us in front of the hotel. We parked in the street. There was plenty of space. The next morning, we found a receipt for 50 Leke (60 USD cents) for the first hour of parking. We did not mind paying that amount. Later, we discovered there was another park-ish area just crossed the street, but we do not know if it was administered by the municipality or not, (free or paid).
Breakfast was very ok for the structure size, and the price we paid. I do not understand the making it an issue in the reviews. They even served Albanian homemade donuts. It was served inside ( 5-6 tables) and outside in a nice yard (it did not have a lot of flowers, so you cannot call it a garden), but it had shade and was cool... very ok overall.
We arrived tired and checked in after 4 pm. Our room faced an inner garden of a neighbour. We thought to sleep for an hour and go out in the city. Just after falling asleep, the neighbour, a woodworker, started working on a cupboard, and the noise had ups and downs. For us, this was bearable, but you should know.
At 5:30 am in the morning, there was a blackout in the neighbourhood. The absence of power triggered the fire alarm (the noise for no power). It was just 5 minutes, but the worst of my life. Please, hotel staff, put some batteries in that fire alarm, as blackouts are somehow common in our country.
Despite all of the above, I had a very nice experience with the staff and would return again... only if they put batteries in the fire alarm :).
