Fantastic Location, Comfy Stay

Great location. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe. Studio was a great size for 1 (and would be comfy for a couple). Clothes washer/dryer was very efficient. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc.

Floor could have been a bit cleaner. Lots of dust and dirt that you don't really notice until you (accidentally) walk around barefoot. Would have been nice if there were pods for the coffeemaker and soap for the laundry. A few minor upkeep notes: mildew stains in the shower (may just need new caulking) and repairs to the blinds would make a great difference. Note on the listing. It would be helpful to at least caption the photos to the correct unit so that visitors know exactly what the specific unit looks like.

Me robaron el día antes de mi partida.

Nothing.

Me alojé en su estudio durante cinco días. El cuarto día —justo cuando planeaba pedirle matrimonio a mi pareja—, la persona encargada de la limpieza robó el anillo de compromiso directamente de su estuche, que estaba dentro de mi maleta. En lugar de esperar a que yo hiciera el registro de salida al día siguiente, permitieron que alguien entrara a limpiar el estudio que yo alquilaba un día antes de lo previsto y sin mi permiso. La persona de la limpieza robó el anillo (valorado en 200 €) tras sacarlo del estuche, el cual se encontraba dentro de mi maleta, entre mi ropa. El propietario me dijo que su seguro cubriría los gastos y se denunció el hecho a la policía. Ha pasado más de una semana y aún no he recibido el reembolso por el robo cometido por su personal. El propietario evita el contacto; está claro que no quiere hacerse cargo del coste del robo ocurrido en el estudio que alquilaba. Advierto a los demás para que tengan esto en cuenta. Nunca me había encontrado con una situación en la que se permitiera la entrada de desconocidos al alojamiento mientras yo me hospedaba allí. Además, las paredes eran tan finas que se oía a la gente de la habitación contigua y la cama era tan pequeña que los pies me sobresalían por el extremo. Se escuchaba todo cada vez que alguien tiraba de la cadena o usaba el baño por la noche. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie; nunca antes me habían robado así durante unas vacaciones. Mientras tanto, el propietario —a pesar de haberme asegurado que pagaría por el objeto robado— elude su responsabilidad y se niega a comunicarse. La cocina carece del equipamiento adecuado y el sofá del salón está roto.
