Everything is good, cleanliness, staffs. And there are also several facilities that we can use.

Nearby has some nice eateries and easy to access to minimarts. Metro is 5 mins walk away.
(1)The lift was not operable on 2 occasions when we returned from outside. It’s the old type of lifts like many accommodations in Rome. It’s susceptible to users not closing the doors inside the lift properly that caused the lifts unable to operate in such occasions. We had to climb 4 storeys of stairs to reach our unit at level 4 at both occasions. (2)the access door to the unit is not easy to manage as it works usually after a few attempts after entering the access code (not sure due to what reason). (3) the heater in the shower area works irregularly eg. Hot water works in the beginning few mins, then it goes off… you have to turn on and off to get the hot water again mid-way showering…. Owner was responsive and wanted to arrange for repairs in our last 2 days (we stayed 4 nites), we found it disruptive to our outings, decided to work around with these issues till we check-out. Hopefully, owner resolves these issues for new stayers.

The location was decent and the information was great.
The advertisement and pictures were completely misleading. It says private kitchen but it was shared with 3 other families. It was expensive for the quality. The shower was scolding hot and then freeezing cold and back to very hot. The toilet and was loud and did not work properly. We stayed in many places on our trip and this was the most disappointing. I felt like I could have had a much better place for the same price. I would not recommend it to anyone.
