Die Lage in Prati ist toll, um zum Vatikan/ Petersdom oder Engelsburg zu laufen. Die Metro und Busse sind gut zu erreichen. Der Supermarkt nebenan (Pewex) hat alles, was man braucht. In der Nähe sind tolle Restaurants und Bars. Auch Shopping Möglichkeit (Via Cola di Rienzo usw.) sind in der Nähe. Die Beschreibung zum reinkommen war gut (und nötig), der Aufzug ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und klein, aber zuverlässig. Es ist letztendlich eine umgebaute Wohnung. Die Küche ist schön, um sich einen Kaffee oder etwas zu Essen zu machen. Kühlschränke sind ein plus. Das Zimmer selber war recht klein, mit einem großen Bad. Alles war sauber, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, also normaler Italien-Standard. Der Balkon ist sehr klein und es gibt keine Sitzkissen. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, das Fenster im Bad schließt nicht so richtig, nur mit viel Kraft. Es ist hellhörig von den anderen Zimmern, aber nicht/ kaum von der Straße. Nach einem langen Tag in Rom fällt man eh nur ins Bett 😉(was recht hart ist, aber ich habe sehr gut geschlafen)
Ich habe mich als allein reisende Frau sehr sicher gefühlt.
Ich fand es sehr schön, würde aber nächstes Mal etwas dichter an die Stadt gehen, da man abends immer 25-30 Min. einplanen muss, um wieder nach Prati zu kommen, je nachdem wo man ist, empfiehlt es sich auch ein Taxi zu nehmen (z.B. Trastevere).

The place was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the instructions were very clear.
The only downside is that the elevator is extremely small and can comfortably fit only one person at a time

Très chouette appartement-hôtel : une chambre avec salle de bain privée, et l'accès à une cuisine commune si on le souhaitait. Très bien situé : très proche du métro et dans un quartier très agréable.

I liked that it had an elevator and the instructions to get here were very very detailed and I loved that very much. The host was very communicative and answered all of our questions right away.
I had a few concerns. When we first arrived I thought we had the whole place to ourselves. That was wrong. We had a very very small bedroom with a bathroom and there was a common area for the living room/kitchen and 3 other rooms. It was very noisy from guests coming in at 2-3 am and every time a toilet would flush anywhere you would hear it in the walls right by the bed. It was clean but we did find a lot of black hairs everywhere.
