Localização. Sempre que foi necessária alguma intervenção do senhorio ele foi responsivo e resolveu em tempo útil! O duche tem bastante pressão, o ar condicionado funciona muito bem! Ótima varanda
O duche que não fecha totalmente e acaba a molhar toda a cada de banho. Os armários não fechavam bem e um pouco já antigos todos. A varanda precisava de ser limpa, com muitos dejetos de pombos .

Det ligger en nattklubb precis nedanför som spelar hög musik sent inpå natten, vilket tyvärr stör både sömn och balkonghäng kvällstid.
