Surroundings, location, proximity to beach and restaurants was excellent. Garden deck and ambiance was great. Bed was comfortable and climate control efficient. Fruit, snacks and drinks were a nice touch.
Reduced rating due to lounge area and kitchen very small, fridge door would not open all the way, not really practical for preparing a meal.
Bathroom is very tight and water flows from shower into room.
House rule no events or parties (which is reasonable) on Booking morphed into no visitors at all. Not great when visiting family member with disabilities and expecting to be able to sit in the garden occasionally during the day.

Location excellent, host very thoughtful, communication excellent, comfortable property. Would definitely stay there again
