About this house rental
Newly built home, quiet neighborhood, long driveway, boat and car friendly. Probably fit about six vehicles or two vehicles with trailers. Extra parking in rocks close to the street. Pool is ready, pics coming soon. Landscape in back is still unfinished. Patio furniture coming soon. Four bedrooms, one with king size bed, one with queen size bed, two with full size beds. Dressers in three of the four rooms. Hangers in closets, and extra pillows, towels, blankets in common closet. TV /Roku in master, first guest room, and garage. Gas Station within walking distance. Great for convenience for last minute needs. Close to London bridge, probably about seven minutes. New Riviera launch rano is probably about four minutes. Basha’s grocery store is about three minutes away. The Amazing Lake Havasu Human Bean(coffee) is within a couole minutes. Golf course is close by adm the amazing hiling trails as well. Every ither other entertainment and amenity is within reasonable distance. Game room includes couch, table and chairs, Jenga, tv, shuffle board, ping pong table, and A/C. Bring your toys as this house is ready and will have a pool very soon !!!! Early check in is available most of the time. For long term rentals, there is an exception for smaller pets, must be house trained.
