It was a very nice place for my family to stay. We were in town for my wife’s dad’s funeral so everything was somber to begin with. The house was very nice and had clean amenities. Nice outside area to sit and enjoy the weather. We will definitely look into this place again when returning.

Owner was very good about communicating with us. He was able to allow us in an hour early. The king bed was comfy. The other 2 beds could use new mattresses. Could also use blackout shades in rooms overall great value and good location.

The only complaint I have is the air conditioning. A single window air conditioner in the living room is insufficient for the entire house. It was over 80 degrees in the house through the entire night. I could not sleep and for the event I booked this for, sleep was imperative and the primary purpose. I contacted the manager annd explained the issue. He only offered solutions we had already done without improvement. I asked for more fans and did not get a response. We had to go to store and purchase two fans at the cost of $65.
