The website is deceiving. The bedroom with the bunk beds and full size bed is small. Therefore it gets very waarm in that room at night with 4 peole sleeping in a small space. There should be black out shades for the windows in that bedroom as there are street lights shining into that room at night. We had to get cardboard and pillows to try to block the light coming in. The pool is long and narrow. Didn't expect that from the website pictures. Otrherwise the house is bright, cheerful and clean.

This is by far the best house we have ever stayed in bar none!! We have been renting beach houses in the Ventura/Oxnard area for over 10 years, and we were BLOWN AWAY by this home! Gorgeous property, excellent location and the VIEW!! You cannot beat it! We sat in the hot tub and pool for hours a day just looking at the ocean. Seals and dolphins pass every day. The view from the primary bedroom is the stuff of dreams. And this property has everything you could need, irons, multiple coffee machines, blenders, washer/dryer, baby equipment, fans. The patio furniture is lovely, 3 different umbrellas you can move around. The beach is a 5 min walk around the corner from the house and it is private for that area! No street access so it had maybe 10 people on a 2.5 mile beach! It is absolutely worth every penny and we simply cannot wait to return!
