Cozy and clean.
Not really not like but the location is a little farther from my appointment which is not your fault at all

1) the staff is courteous from guard to front desk to housekeeping, specially the waiter/supervisor at cafe soto
2) location is strategic; near restos and along the highway. best hotel in katipunan.
3) the beds are very comfortable. one of the best sleeps we had in a hotel
4) we were allowed an early check in which i appreciate very much since i need to have ample rest that day. the fee was also early check-in fee was also affordable and fair
5) they changed all the bedsheets even the duvet. kudos to the housekeeping.
1) the bathroom floor/tub drainage is clogged. the dirty water tends to accumulate and very very slow to drain which makes it gross. it is also hazardous for elderly if the soap doesn’t drain well because it’ll slippery. i suggest they should put baking soda + vinegar + hot water to the tub every after guest check out.
2) the hallway tends to be noisy, not sure if it’s the neighboring guests or the housekeeping.
3) we stayed for 2 nights. we have to ask twice on the 2nd day just for making up the room. i called the frontlobby twice for housekeeping (since the housekeeping number - 103 - isn’t answering for 2 days as well). i even called the front desk specifically before we went down for lunch so that the beds will be made up before we’re back, but we have to call again the front desk to remind, because we’re back and i think the front desk forgot to remind the housekeeping to go to our room?
4) tissue is just one piece. as well as shampoo and conditioner. we booked the room with 2 queen beds btw
5) the bottled water has an after taste. not sure if it’s purified but i hope it’s filtered though.
