Top ligging. Goede bedden. Voldoende opbergruimte.

Luv the home, the location and the cleanliness. The apartment is very nice and clean with lots of natural light. I love how it is conveniently located near the old city, ferries, shopping , site seeing, markets etc. Supern location! In addition, the apartment design inside is relevant and contemporary even though it is part of an old beautiful building. The unit inside seems as if it was recently remodel and it has nice functional features such as Ac's, new double pane windows, newer floors, newer style kitchen, modernized bathroom and a nice front door. I will recommend this apartment very much.
However, the common entry stairs , lacks of rails and the entry walls in the common stairs are unpainted and unfinished, When you first arrive, this may concern you as it looks dated and untighty. But once you enter the apartment you realize that the inside of the apartment is not that way. I understand that the owner of this nice apartment has very little control over the common areas shared with other tenants but maybe some plants could distract the eyes and make a better first impression.

Excellent location. Clean, friendly owner. Spacious for a small apartment.
Probably could have had more seating with the couch, but the couch was very comfortable.
