Apartament położony w nowoczesnym budynku, który mimo swoich rozmiarów daje poczucie dużej przestrzeni. Na terenie obiektu znajduje się dobrze utrzymany basen oraz siłownia. Chętnie korzystaliśmy z obydwu udogodnień.

Very high standard of accommodation: spacious, immaculate, nice decor, excellent facilities. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony/terrace and the huge pool was fabulous (shared with other residents but plenty of space and it was often empty). Great location for exploring Cascais: a shortish walk from the centre (and there’s always Uber!), with a very good bakery and small supermarket just across the road.
Everything was fab. As a very small suggestion, it would have been nice to have salt and pepper in the kitchen.

Großes Apartment mit 4 Toiletten (4 WCs, 3 Duschen) - optimal für bis zu 8 Leute -, grosses Wohnzimmer, große Küche, 4 Zimmer, grosser Balkon, überall Klimaanlagen, schöner Blick in die Anlage, Pool, Tiefgarage. Ruhig, hell, sauber.
Mindestens 1 Zimmertür liess sich nicht schliessen, was nicht sehr angenehm ist, mindestens 2 Duschtüren schließen nicht vollständig, so dass Wasser aus der Dusche austritt.
Ausserdem wird der Mietpreis mit 2 verschiedenen Steuern bzw. Abgaben bei Booking angegeben, was nicht korrekt ist.
In Cascais - und soweit ich weiß gilt das für ganz Portugal - gibt es eine Tourismusabgabe. Bei Booking wird diese mit einem falschen Betrag angegeben und eine nicht existierende Übernachtungssteuer mit dem richtigen Tourismusabgabebetrag angegeben.
Also, einer der Werte sollte nicht berechnet werden. Das Angebot zeigt aber immer noch beide Beträge und ein Anruf bei Booking hat (zu unserer Enttäuschung) auch nichts gebracht. Das fanden wir selbstverständlich nicht korrekt, wurden aber (weil wir schon bezahlt hatten) getröstet mit der Info, dass der Endpreis stimmte...
