The breakfast is excellent. The staff at the reception, at the restaurant and the cleaning persons are all very friendly. The location is also great: close to metro line, tram car and withing walking distance to all of the tourist attractions. We had a great time there!
Sometime at night there are (drunk?) people shouting or singing on the street.

The location was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. But the best thing about our stay was the staff. The reception staff were wonderful, friendly and so helpful. We really felt so well looked after. The staff in the bar and restaurant were also very efficient and friendly.
We stayed for 7 nights and could have done with a little more storage overall and in the bathroom especially. Just a few more shelves would be helped.

Excellent location for the city centre. Great breakfast and really helpful front desk. We are very pleased with the overall stay and will go there again
The light switches in our room were confusing.
Some clever spark has decided to make them complex. Simple is always better.
Other than that nothing else.

The location of the hotel, staff and cleanliness were second to none.
Nothing of note
