Great location, very nice & helpful staff, great designed and spacious apartments. Received the warmest welcome, the superior apartment is really big and comfy. Location is great with nearby bars, cafes and supermarket.
Bathroom is a bit small compared to apartment size, however, was still okay for two people

I had a wonderful stay at The Verse in Lisbon. Room G1 is incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. From reception to the bar and housekeeping, every team delivered outstanding service with genuine warmth and care. The people really made the experience special. Overall, a beautiful hotel with an exceptional team!!!
My only concern was the sound insulation between floors. I could hear guests upstairs simply walking around or moving their luggage, sometimes very early in the morning or late at night, which disturbed my sleep. However, when I contacted reception via WhatsApp, the team responded promptly and efficiently, addressed the issue, and the noise stopped. I really appreciated how they handled it.
