It was a good location, a lovely private space for a very reasonable price.
The bed was very comfortable and almost everything you need was there (kettle, iron, an electric fan, hairdryer, good WiFi, full size fridge and freezer and a washing machine)
The host was also quick in responding to contact and very friendly and helpful
I wanted to take a shower but there was no towel, as I was travelling around London for both days I came with minimal items and didn’t even think to pack a towel. This was quite probably my error for not checking, I just assumed there would be one considering everything else you would need was there

The location was useful to access the Emirates and the Holloway area, though if you plan to use the tube it’s about 15 min walk to the nearest station.
The property was comfortable (I was a solo traveller). The instructions to check in and out were clear and I didn’t have to wait for the host to show up.
It’s very sparsely furnished and kitted but if you are looking for value for money it is not a bad shout.
The washer leaked, the heating needed adjusting as it was freezing (though the host explained how), and the bathroom could use from removal of mould around the window seals.
The facade could definitely use some TLC, from the outside it looks rather intimidating.

The host really tried to make available whatever you would need: TV, wifi, washing machine, fridge, freezer, extra bed. Location was inbetween 2 big metro lines and really close to Arsenal Stadium, making it easy to move around London.
The flat is on the ground floor, directly next to the street, with fairly thin walls. we could hear everything going on outside or on the hallway (at night when the groups would return home with all their noise, and in the morning we could hear someone snoring or having morning conversation). The extra bed and shower had long hairs all over. The place was fairly small (this could be seen in the pictures), but with 2 adults and one small kid, you had to plan your way around the apartment not to step on someone's toes. We literally had to enter one at the time as that was the whole space available without entering the house with your shoes on into the kitchen. Neighborhood might seem off-putting, but we found everything we needed around and nobody bothered us.
