Please be aware that the pool is closed during the winter season - this is dependent on weather and temperature. Rest assured, the hot tub will always be heated and is included with your reservation.
Note, to respect our neighbours we can't allow backyard use after 10 pm (includes pool/hot tub/patio) and please no loud music or loud noises outside the home anytime.

We have been guests to over 20 vrbos as a large family who loves to travel together! Unfortunately, this house needs some upgrades to give the 5 stars from us. First of all, 4/6 mattresses need to be upgraded or replaced. For the price we paid, we hope to have a decent night sleep. Some of these mattresses felt like futon mattresses, soft, lumpy and horrible to sleep in. There was a distinct smell in the house that required some airing but even with that, we needed to buy some air fresheners. The pool was wonderful but requires covering every time it's not in use, otherwise you will receive an immediate text, even though we had to pay extra (150/day) for heating. The hottub temperature was like a luke warm bath and we couldn't get it to go any higher. The house temperature was wildly variable with some rooms having individual air conditioning and other rooms not being warm enough! Overall, nice neighborhood, responsive host but keep in mind, BC law requires someone to live on the property therefore you are sharing the vrbo with your host downstairs! Happy travels!
